Statements In Support of Ukraine
On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale war of aggression in Ukraine, which changed the world. After this, peace, democracy, and rules-based world order have been under a bigger threat than ever before. The war of aggression is still raging in Ukraine, but the free world cannot afford war fatigue. We need to continue supporting Ukraine ever more decisively.

The Riigikogu and Toompea Castle are open to the public all year round. You can visit the sittings, the Castle and the art exhibitions, and take a guided tour (incl. within an educational programme) free of charge.
Tour guides conduct fascinating tours of the parliament for both groups and individual visitors. You need to register for tours. No booking is required for visiting the exhibitions and plenary sittings, which can be followed from the guest balcony.
In addition to this, the Riigikogu celebrates the anniversary of the Estonian Constituent Assembly with an Open House every April. You are very welcome!
