On the basis of my work experience in the field of law enforcement and internal security, I as a member of the Riigikogu would like to contribute to guaranteeing the internal and foreign security of Estonia. I consider it necessary that together with the implementation of the state reform; we have to start with giving content to the notion of national security and preparing of a relevant programme.
