I wish that the legislative process would function more from down upwards, that the restrictions and prohibitions that have occupied our legal space would be replaced by legal provisions that motivate creative behaviour. I consider it very important to involve local people, especially in the making of the decisions that concern the living environment, the identity of the locality and the spatial development of the home area. The areas where I am ready to share my knowledge and life experiences are cultural heritage, nature conservation, local government and spatial planning.
