General information

Although I was born and raised in Tartu, I have lived in Tallinn for over 20 years, as well as nearly ten years in the US and Luxembourg. I have a more than 25 years of experience in international finance and banking. During my terms as a minister, I promoted the development of Estonia’s businesses and digital governance, and the field of energy and the environment. I am a liberal who champions freedom and democratic values both at home and abroad. My priority is making Estonia the safest living environment in the world, with a strong economy, every opportunity for personal fulfilment, and a dignified old age.
