General information

I wish that with the help of education that corresponds to their abilities, their work and the assistance of the state or the local government that compensates the obstacles caused by disability or damage to health, no matter where the person needing help lives, everybody in Estonia would be adequately coping and achieve sufficient independence that meets their needs and possibilities. The strength of a country can be seen from the way the weaker members of society are cared for.
