Creation of jobs and growth of income as well as good living environment are priorities, and also the development of industrial parks and establishing the environment foundation with the help of the funds obtained from the use of oil shale. In addition to that, Ida-Viru Central Hospital should be completed and the construction of new sports grounds should be started.
