Having again returned to the Riigikogu, I feel that I have been given a chance to continue with the activities left unfinished from my last term, and to achieve the goals that I have a mandate for, given to me by voters from South East Estonia. The most pertinent action right now, after the local elections, is to direct the activities of the merged local governments in a way that would improve the life of everyone in all corners of Estonia – including my own constituency.
