General information

I believe that a good business environment and vivid entrepreneurial spirit is what takes the Estonian economy forward. A good business environment motivates businesses to create higher added value and new high salary jobs. Through smarter and more expensive jobs it is possible to offer better salary to employees and thereby the life of Estonian people will improve. The success of Estonian enterprises is largely dependent on their success in export markets. It is important to offer to foreign markets such products and services for which there is a demand and for which it is possible to ask a higher price. I consider it important to maintain good connections with the existing trading partners and to constantly look for new markets with potential. I for my part support the developing of relationships in distant markets through the work in the Estonia-Japan and the Estonia-USA parliamentary groups.
