You can also find pictures of Toompea Castle and the Riigikogu Building, and interesting photos of the activities of the parliament and everything connected with it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Riigikogu Photo Archive is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/fotoarhiiv.riigikogu.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fotoarhiiv.riigikogu.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All photos in the Photo Archive are protected under the Copyright Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you use the photos, we recommend to refer to the source in the following way:<br><em>Title: Fa\u00e7ade of the Toompea Palace in winter 2016. For further information, please phone&nbsp;+372&nbsp;631&nbsp;6456.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user of our photos who finds that third persons have violated the conditions for the use of the Riigikogu Photo Archive should inform the Chancellery of the Riigikogu of it by sending an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:info@riigikogu.ee\">info@riigikogu.ee<\/a> or phoning&nbsp;+372&nbsp;631&nbsp;6456.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for Use of the Riigikogu Photo Archive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The rights relating to the Photo Archive as a data base belong to the Chancellery of the Riigikogu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic rights relating to the works preserved in the Photo Archive (hereinafter \u201cthe Works\u201d) belong to the Chancellery of the Riigikogu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user has the right to use the Works for non-commercial purposes free of charge and without term in printed materials, on web pages, for presentations and in visual design, in particular for:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introducing the Riigikogu, Toompea Castle and members of the Riigikogu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giving information about the work of the Riigikogu and the events held at the Riigikogu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. If the detail view (description or further information) of a work in the Photo Archive includes supplementary or additional conditions or restrictions regarding use, the user has to proceed from this information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. It is forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To use the Works for commercial purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To change or process the Works;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To share or sell the Works, forward the right to use the Works, or to misuse the content of the Photo Archive in any other way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. When the Works are used, the name of the author and the source the Riigikogu Photo Archive should be cited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
