At Monday’s sitting, the agenda for the working week was approved. According to it, there were no replies to interpellations today. Deliberations of altogether 16 issues are scheduled for this week.

 At the sitting on Tuesday, the Bill on Amendments to the Animal Protection Act (445 SE) will be at the third reading. Four drafts will be at the first reading: the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Amendment of the Resolution of the Riigikogu “Formation of the Anti-Corruption Select Committee”” (501 OE); the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Amendment of the Resolution of the Riigikogu “Formation of the Riigikogu Study Committee to Solve the Demographic Crisis”” (502 OE); the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Amendment of the Resolution of the Riigikogu “Formation of the Riigikogu Study Committee to Draw Up the Development Objectives for the State Reform”” (503 OE); the Bill on Amendments to § 27 of the Pre-School Child Care Institutions Act (478 SE).

At Wednesday’s sitting, the Bill on the Ratification of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada, of the One Part, and the European Union and Its Member States, of the Other Part (466 SE) will be at the second reading. Then the report on the implementation of “The Fundamentals of the Sports Policy until 2030” in 2016 will be deliberated, presented by the Minister of Culture Indrek Saar. The Bill on Amendments to the Social Welfare Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (360 SE) will also be at the second reading. Seven Acts will be at the first reading: the Bill on Amendments to the Social Welfare Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (489 SE); the Bill on the Approval of the Amendments to the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail and to its Appendices (474 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Weapons Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (494 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, the State Fees Act and the State Legal Aid Act, with a view to enhancing administrative court procedure (496 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Administrative Procedure Act and Other Acts (497 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Social Tax Act and the Income Tax Act (499 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Payment Institutions and E-money Institutions Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (498 SE).

At Thursday’s sitting, the deliberation of the matter of significant national importance “Implementation of the Estonian Civil Society Development Concept” will be held. Reports will be by civic activist, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organizations Martin Noorkõiv, the Minister of the Interior Andres Anvelt and the Chairman of the Constitutional Committee Marko Pomerants.
