The Riigikogu concluded the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Land Reform Act (681 SE), initiated by the Estonian People’s Union Faction, Estonian Reform Party Faction and Estonian Centre Party Faction. Among other things the Bill specifies the procedure for establishing a usufruct of agricultural lands, municipal property of lands and formation of the state land reserve.

The Riigikogu rejected with 46 votes in favour (23 votes against) the Bill on Amendments to § 28 of the State Pension Insurance Act (631 SE), initiated by the Social Democratic Faction, from the legislative proceeding.

The Riigikogu rejected with 42 votes in favour (19 votes against) the Bill on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Employment Contracts Act (634 SE) initiated by the Social Democratic Party Faction, from the legislative proceeding.
