The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 32 draft Acts and Resolutions will be deliberated. 

16 drafts are on the agenda of Tuesday’s sitting. Amendment of the Health Care Services Organisation Act and of the Parental Benefits Act will be at the second reading. 13 drafts, including amendment of the Land Reform Act, amendment of the Water Act, amendment of the Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act, amendment of the Study Allowances and Study Loans Act, amendment of the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act, and the Bill on Amendments to the European Parliament Election Act will be at the first reading. The draft Resolutions on extension of the terms of the Defence Forces missions will also be at the first reading. Also, the draft Resolution on amendment of the membership of the Estonian delegation to the Baltic Assembly will be at the first reading. 

10 drafts are scheduled for Wednesday’s sitting. Amendment of the Forest Act and the Administrative Co-operation Act, the Bill on Amendments to the Investment Funds Act, the Funded Pensions Act and the Social Tax Act, and the Bill on Amendments to § 3331 of the State Fees Act will be at the third reading. The draft Resolution “Approval of the Consolidated Report of 2012 of the State”, the Bill on Amendments to the State Budget of 2013 Act, the Sworn Translators Bill, the Bill on Amendments to the Water Act, the Bill on Amendments to the Penal Code and Amendments to Other Associated Acts, the Bill on Amendments to the Traffic Act and the Code of Misdemeanour Procedure, and the Bill on Amendments to the Public Transport Act will be at the second reading. 

At the sitting on Thursday, six drafts are scheduled for the third reading in case the second reading will have been concluded during the working week. They include amendment of the Health Care Services Organisation Act and of the Parental Benefits Act, and the Bill on Amendments to the Penal Code and Amendments to Other Associated Acts. Also, the draft Resolution on the extension of the term of activities of the committee of investigation of the VEB Fund.
