The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week. The Bill on Amendments to the Packaging Act and the Packaging Excise Duty Act (195 SE) is going to be at the second reading and the Bill on Amendments to the Dwelling Act and the Sustainable Development Act (199 SE) is going to be at the first reading at Tuesday’s sitting. Five Bills are going to be at the first reading at Wednesday’s sitting, including the Bill on Amendments to the Traffic Act (217 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Youth Work Act and the Hobby School Act (232 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Broadcasting Act (1024 SE). The third reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Packaging Act and the Packaging Excise Duty Act (195 SE), the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Courts Act and the Administrative Cooperation Act (190 SE) and the first reading of five Bills, among them the Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for Enabling Public Initiative (210 SE), initiated by members of the Estonian Centre Party Faction, is scheduled for the sitting on Thursday. 

During the open microphone, Kalev Kallo, Lembit Kaljuvee, Aleksei Lotman, Marek Strandberg and Helle Kalda took the floor.
