The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 34 Bills will be deliberated. Among the 25 Bills at Wednesday’s sitting there are the third reading of the Supplementary Budget of the Year 2006 Bill (986 SE) and the second reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Approval of the Estonian National Development Plan for Tourism for the Years 2007-2013 (976 OE). The Bill on Amendments to the Defence Forces Service Act (981 SE) and the Public Procurements Bill (816 SE) are at the second reading.

The Isamaaliit Faction and Res Publica Faction moved not to deliberate the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Conclusion of the AS Eesti Raudtee Privatisation Agreement on Mutual Consent and on the Approval of the Acquisition of Majority Ownership of the AS Eesti Raudtee (1031 OE), initiated by the Government of the Republic. The Estonian Centre Party Faction was against the named motion. According to the Rules of Procedure the Draft Resolution was thus included in the agenda. The motion to include the Draft Resolution in the agenda of the working week was made by the leading committee – the Economic Affairs Committee.

On the motion of the Constitutional Committee, the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the State Public Servants Official Titles and Salary Scale Act (1018 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, was added to.the agenda of the Thursday’s sitting
