The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 12 Bills will be deliberated. At Tuesday’s sitting, one Bill will be at its second reading and two Bills at their first reading, including the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On Holding a Referendum on the Participation of the Republic of Estonia in Developing Nuclear Power in Ignalina Nuclear Power Station (87 OE). At Wednesday’s Question Time Minister of the Environment Jaanus Tamkivi, Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications Juhan Parts and Minister of Foreign Affairs Urmas Paet will answer the questions of the members of the Riigikogu. Five Bills will be at their second reading and four Bills at their first reading. Minister of the Environment Jaanus Tamkivi has expressed his wish to address the Riigikogu with a political statement. At the Thursday’s sitting, two Bills will be at their third reading, should their second reading be concluded during this working week. These are the Bill on Amendments to § 134 of the Fishing Act (41 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Securities Market Act and Associated Acts (108 SE).
