Third reading of Second Supplementary Budget of the Year 2009 Bill was suspended
At the last regular sitting of the V session of the Riigikogu, the Second Supplementary State Budget of the Year 2009 Bill (510 SE) was at the third reading. After reviewing of 35 motions to amend, the third reading of the Bill was suspended. The term for the submission of new motions to amend is today at 2.10 p.m.
During the deliberation, Vice-President of the Riigikogu Jüri Ratas put to a vote the motion of a member of the Board to suspend the third reading of the Bill after voting on the motions to amend. 95 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of suspension, nobody voted against and nobody abstained.
The supplementary budget Bill provides additional decrease of the state budget revenue by 3.39 billion kroons and decrease of expenditure by 2.56 billion kroons.
