The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 26 topics will be deliberated.

This week’s agenda foresees the passing of the following Bills, initiated by the Government, at the third reading: The Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act, Social Tax Act, Gambling Tax Act and Credit Institutions Act (863 SE);the Bill on Amendments to the Chemicals Act, Waste Act, State Fees Act and Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Act (855 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Copyright Act (866 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Blood Act (894 SE).

The first item on the agenda for Wednesday’s sitting is the report of Chancellor of Justice Allar Jõks on bringingthe Political Parties Act into conformity with the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia.

As the seventh item on the agenda for Thursday’s sitting, it is planned to conduct the proceeding of the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Electronic Communications Act, Information Society Services Act, Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and Code of Misdemeanour Procedure (913 SE), initiated by the Estonian Centre Party Faction, Estonian Reform Party Faction and Estonian People’s Union Faction.
