The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 20 Bills will be deliberated.

The Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia (47 SE), initiated by the President of the Republic, is at its first reading at Tuesday’s sitting. The overview of the 2006 report of the Eesti Pank and the 2006 report of the Financial Supervision Authority will be given to the Riigikogu by the President of the Eesti Pank Andres Lipstok and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Financial Supervision Authority Raul Malmstein. Among other things, the Wednesday’s sitting includes the deliberation of the Status of Member of the Riigikogu Bill (54 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (63 SE). The third reading of six Bills is planned for the Thursday’s sitting, among them are: the Status of Member of the Riigikogu Bill (54 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Parental Benefits Act (44 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (63 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act, Environmental Charges Act and Roads Act (64 SE).

Member of the Riigikogu Igor Gräzin as the initiator withdrew the Maritime Zones Bill (3 SE) from legislative proceeding.
