The Riigikogu rejected at the first reading the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu Proposal to the Government of the Republic (914 OE), submitted by the Res Publica Faction and Isamaaliit Faction.  49 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the resolution and 31 members of the Riigikogu against it. Thus the Bill was withdrawn from the legislative proceeding.

The Riigikogu rejected at the first reading the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Construction of the Road between Tallinn, Tartu and Luhamaa (898 OE), submitted by the Social Democratic Party Faction. 45 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the resolution and 24 members of the Riigikogu against it. The Bill was withdrawn from legislative proceeding.
