The alternate member of the Riigikogu Lauri Laasi took the oath of office.

The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 31 issues will be deliberated. The State Budget of the Year 2006 Bill will be at the third reading on Wednesday. The Draft Resolutions concerning the extension of the terms of the performance of international duties by the Estonian Defence Forces will be at the second reading.

On the motion of the Cultural Affairs Committee the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Heritage Conservation Act (674 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Trivimi Velliste, Mark Soosaar and Imre Sooäär, was removed from the agenda for the working week.
