The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 20 subjects will be deliberated.

 

The renewed deliberation of the Act on the Repeal of § 7(3) of the Republic of Estonia Principles of Ownership Reform Act, refused to be proclaimed by the President of the Republic, will be on the agenda of Wednesday’s sitting. On Thursday the Chancellor of Justice Allar Jõks will give an overview of the conformity of legislation passed by the legislative and executive powers and by local governments with the Constitution and the laws.

 

On the motion of the Cultural Affairs Committee, the Bill on Amendments to the Education Allowances and Study Loans Act (957 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, was excluded from the agenda for the plenary working week.
