The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, which includes 34 topics altogether.

On Tuesday, the Bill on Amendments to the University of Tartu Act (131 SE) is going to be at the second reading, and five Bills are scheduled for the first reading, including among others the Bill on Amendments to the Postal Act (148 SE), initiated by the Economic Affairs Committee, and the Bill on Amendments to the Alcohol Act (88 SE), initiated by the Estonian Centre Party Faction.

At the sitting on Wednesday, four Bills, including the Environmental Responsibility Act Bill (77 SE), are going to be at the third reading, eight Bills, including the Supplementary Budget of the Year 2007 Act Bill (121 SE), are going to be at the second reading, and twelve Bills, including among others the Decorations Act Bill (134 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the State Family Benefits Act (136 SE) and the Draft Resolutions on the Use of the Estonian Defence Forces in Performance of International Duties of the Estonian State in the Composition of the Nordic Battle Group of the European Union (140 OE), the Extension of the Time Limit of the Use of the Estonian Defence Forces under the International Peacekeeping Missions in Afghanistan (141 OE), in Bosnia and Herzegovina (142 OE), in Kosovo (143 OE) and under the International Security Assistance Mission in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq (144 OE), are going to be at the first reading. The Auditor General Mihkel Oviir is going to give an overview of the use and preservation of state assets in 2006 before the Riigikogu, which is going to be followed by a deliberation of the draft Resolution on the approval of the consolidated report of the economic year of 2006 of the state (120 OE).

At the sitting on Thursday, three Bills are going to be at the third reading: the Bill on Amendments to the University of Tartu Act (131 SE), initiated by the Government, the Bill on Amendments to the Electronic Communications Act and the Public Health Act (62 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Roads Act and the Railways Act (91 SE).

During the open microphone, Mark Soosaar, Marek Strandberg, Aivar Riisalu, Silver Meikar, Trivimi Velliste and Mai Treial took the floor.
