The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which, at Wednesday's sitting, the amendment of the Constitution for lowering the voting age for local elections will be voted on.

At Tuesday’s sitting, four drafts will be at the first reading. At first, draft Resolutions on the formation of three select committees of the Riigikogu will be deliberated. They are the draft Resolution on the formation of the State Budget Control Select Committee (9 OE);  the draft Resolution on the formation of the Anti-Corruption Select Committee (10 OE) and the draft Resolution on the formation of the Security Authorities Surveillance Select Committee (11 OE). These select committees were in place also during the previous Riigikogus. The Bill on Amendments to the Adult Education Act (12 SE) will also be at the first reading.

Adoption of the Act on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for Reducing the Voting Age for Local Government Council Elections (703 SE) is scheduled for Wednesday’s sitting. The Insurance Activities Bill (8 SE) will be at the first reading.

On Thursday’s sitting, the draft Resolution on the formation of the State Budget Control Select Committee (9 OE); the draft Resolution on the formation of the Anti-Corruption Select Committee (10 OE) and the draft Resolution on the formation of the Security Authorities Surveillance Select Committee (11 OE) are scheduled for the second reading and final vote.

During the open microphone, Mihhail Stalnuhhin, Märt Sults, Jaanus Karilaid, Martin Repinski, Toomas Vitsut and Marika Tuus-Laul took the floor.
