The Riigikogu concluded the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Peace-Time National Defence Act and the War-Time National Defence Act (78 SE), initiated by the Government. The aim of the Bill is to specify the wording of the Acts, to update the terminology related to national defence and to rename the current “military defence development plan” “the national defence development plan”. The Bill was sent to the third reading.
