The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, which includes 8 issues for deliberation. 

An overview of the activities of the Estonian Development Fund in 2011 and 2012 is scheduled for Tuesday’s sitting. The report will be by Chairman of the Board of the Estonian Development Fund Tõnis Arro. Four drafts will be at the first reading: the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Making a Proposal to the Government of the Republic (447 OE); the Bill on Amendments to the Aliens Act (452 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Waste Act (455 SE); and the Bill on Amendments to § 7 of the Social Tax Act (446 SE). 

At Wednesday’s sitting, the Bill on Amendments to the Environmental Supervision Act (443 SE) will be deliberated at the second reading. 

An overview of the activities of the Chancellor of Justice in 2012 will be heard at Thursday’s sitting. The Report will be by Chancellor of Justice Indrek Teder. The Bill on Amendments to § 5 of the Income Tax Act (438 SE) will be at the first reading.
