The Riigikogu approved the agenda for this working week which includes deliberation of 22 items.
 
First, at Tuesday’s sitting, the second legislative proceeding of the Act on Amendments to the Gender Equality Act, the Republic of Estonia Employment Contracts Act and the Equal Treatment Act (317 UA), refused to be proclaimed by the President of the Republic, will be at the second reading.
 
At the sitting on Wednesday, four Bills are going to be at the third reading: the Bill on Amendments to the Government of the Republic Act and to Other Acts in connection with Establishing of Police and Border Guard Administration (344 SE), the Police and Border Guard Bill (343 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Notaries Act and Associated Acts (411 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to subsection 11 (12) of the Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act (431 SE). The issues scheduled for the first reading include the Draft Resolution “Approval of National Development Plan for Energy Sector until 2020” (443 OE), the Draft Resolution “On State Guarantee for the Loan between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Credit and Export Guarantee Fund KredEx” (469 OE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Funded Pensions Act and the Social Tax Act (476 SE).
 
Four Bills are scheduled to be passed at the third reading at Thursday’s sitting: the Act on Amendments to the Gender Equality Act, the Republic of Estonia Employment Contracts Act and the Equal Treatment Act (317 UA), refused to be proclaimed by the President of the Republic, the Bill on Amendments to the Identity Documents Act, the Consular Act, the Penal Code and the State Fees Act (395 SE), the Bill on Amendments to the Government of the Republic Act and Other Acts arising from the Merger of the Motor Vehicle Registration Centre and the Road Administration (439 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Support of Enterprise and State Loan Guarantees Act (455 SE).
