Pursuant to § 68 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia and subsection 51(1) of the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure and Internal Rules Act, the President of the Riigikogu Ene Ergma will convene, on the motion of 37 members of the Riigikogu, an extraordinary session of the Riigikogu.

The session will take place in the Plenary Hall of the Toompea Castle on 12 August 2008 at 4 p.m.

The agenda of the session consists of the draft Statement of the Riigikogu On Aggression of the Russian Federation against Georgia.
