On the motion of the Estonian Reform Party Faction the Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for the Legalization of Public Initiative (109 SE), initiated by 25 Members of the Riigikogu, was rejected at the first reading. 47 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the Act and 33 against the Act, nobody abstained.

On the motion of the Economic Affairs Committee as leading committee the Bill on Amendments to the Advertising Act (70 SE), initiated by the Isamaaliit Faction, was rejected at the first reading. 42 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the Act and 20 against the Act, nobody abstained.

Due to the end of the working hours, the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to §§ 6 and 23 of the Working and Rest Time Act (76 SE), initiated by the Mõõdukad Faction, was adjourned. The deliberation will be resumed tomorrow, at the sitting beginning at 14.00.
