The Riigikogu stood up in commemoration of Senior Warrant Officer Arre Illenzeer, a peacekeeper, killed on the mission in Iraq.

The Riigikogu concluded the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Citizenship Act (393 SE). The Bill makes amendments to the regulation for the application of citizenship of disabled persons. In passing the Bill as an Act, the disabled people, who have no need to use personal assistance, achieve the right to apply for the exemption from passing examinations or partial passing of examinations.

The Riigikogu concluded the first reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Formation of the Riigikogu Committee of Investigation into the Depletion of the State Grain Reserve (473 OE), submitted by the factions of the coalition parties.

The Riigikogu concluded the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Local Government Organisation Act (421 SE), initiated by Member of the Riigikogu Olev Laanjärv.
