The new Government led by Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas assumed office by taking the oath of office before the Riigikogu.

The Government includes the Minister of Entrepreneurship Urve Palo, the Minister of Education and Research Jürgen Ligi, the Minister of Justice Urmas Reinsalu, the Minister of Defence Sven Mikser, the Minister of the Environment Marko Pomerants, the Minster of Culture Indrek Saar, the Minister of Rural Affairs Urmas Kruuse, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure Kristen Michal, the Minister of Finance Sven Sester, the Minister of Public Administration Arto Aas, the Minister of Internal Affairs Hanno Pevkur, the Minister of Social Protection Margus Tsahkna, the Minister of Health and Labour Rannar Vassiljev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Keit Pentus-Rosimannus.

Ivi Eenmaa, Kristjan Kõljalg, Marianne Mikko, Kalle Muuli, Meelis Mälberg, Mart Nutt, Mati Raidma, Vilja Savisaar-Toomast, Andre Sepp, Mark Soosaar, Imre Sooäär, Einar Vallbaum and Hardi Volmer, who are the substitute members of the members of the Riigikogu who assumed the office of members of the Government, also took the oath of office.
