The Riigikogu passed two Acts, initiated by the Government of the Republic and a Resolution, submitted by the Estonian Centre Party Faction:
The Aviation Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act (572 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, was passed with 64 votes in favour. The Act establishes some new international requirements in the competence of aviation medicine, aviation security and the Civil Aviation Administration; the standards of market regulation and charges, so far established by a regulation, will be established by the Act.
The Universities Act and Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act Amendment Act (616 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, was passed with 68 votes in favour. The Act excludes from the Universities Act and from the Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act the date which does not allow the transfer of accrediting resolutions from the so-called old study programmes to new study programmes, registered as their substantive legal successors.
The Resolution of the Riigikogu On Amendments to the Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Formation of the Select Committee on the Application of Anti –corruption Act (632 OE), with 43 votes in favour. Aivar Õun was appointed a member of the Select Committee instead of Siim-Valmar Kiisler and Koit Pikaro instead of Evelyn Sepp.
