The alternate member of the Riigikogu Toomas Vilosius took the oath of office.

Auditor General Mihkel Oviir replied to the interpellation concerning the theft of the state grain reserve from Rakvere Granary, submitted on March 22 by Members of the Riigikogu Tõnis Lukas, Helir-Valdor Seeder, Andres Herkel, Tunne Kelam and Peeter Tulviste.

Minister of Justice Ken-Marti Vaher replied to the interpellation concerning donators missing in the register of donations of the related organisations and Res Publica, submitted on April 12 by Members of the Riigikogu Küllo Arjakas, Mihhail Stalnuhhin, Eldar Efendijev and Olev Laanjärv.

During the open microphone Jaanus Marrandi, Urmas Reinsalu, Mihhail Stalnuhhin, Eldar Efendijev and Sven Mikser took the floor.

On behalf of the initiators Member of the Riigikogu Helir-Valdor Seeder withdrew from the legislative proceeding the Bill on Amendments to the Gambling Tax Act (269 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Indrek Raudne, Andres Taimla, Kaarel Pürg, Jaak Allik, Katrin Saks and Helir-Valdor Seeder.
