The Riigikogu passed with 51 votes in favour (3 against and 7 abstentions) the Resolution of the Riigikogu On Amendments to the Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Genome Project Foundation (818 OE), submitted by the Social Affairs Committee. Marika Tuus , instead of Vilja Savisaar, was appointed member of the supervisory Board of the Estonian Genome Project Foundation.

On the motion of the Finance Committee, the Riigikogu withdrew from legislative proceeding the Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (781 SE), initiated by Member of the Riigikogu Jüri Tamm. 44 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the motion and 33 members of the Riigikogu against it. The author of the Bill wished to exempt from income tax the donations collected to support fellow human beings at charity events of non-profit associations, foundations and religious associations.

On the motion of the Constitutional Committee, the Bill on Amendments to the Public and National Holidays Act (786 SE), initiated by the Isamaaliit Faction and Res Publica Faction, was rejected. 49 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the motion and 34 members of the Riigikogu against it. According to the Bill, 22nd September was to become a Memorial Day for Resistance Fight. The public events which do not fit with honouring the memory of resistance fight would have been prohibited on this day and on the Day of Mourning, on June 14.
