The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week. On the motion of the Constitutional Committee as leading committee the Bill on Amendments to the Citizenship Act (245 SE), initiated by the Estonian Centre Party Faction, was removed from the agenda for the working week.
Prime Minister Juhan Parts replied to the interpellation concerning the agricultural policy, submitted on January 29 by Members of the Riigikogu Jaanus Marrandi, Toivo Tootsen, Sven Mikser, Toomas Varek and Harri Õunapuu.
Legal Chancellor Allar Jõks replied to the interpellation concerning the conformity of electronic voting with the Constitution and laws, submitted on February 9 by Member of the Riigikogu Toomas Alatalu, and to the interpellation concerning the remuneration of high-ranking state officials included in the management bodies of non-profit associations, submitted on February 11 by Members of the Riigikogu Koit Prants, Jaak Allik, Arno Rossmann, Mart Opmann, Mai Treial, Mati Kepp and Tiit Mae.
Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications Meelis Atonen replied to three interpellations: to the interpellation concerning the development of the electricity market and energy sector, submitted on February 25 by Members of the Riigikogu Ain Seppik, Evelyn Sepp, Jaanus Marrandi, Arnold Kimber, Värner Lootsmann, Marika Tuus, Jüri ?ehovtsov, Kaarel Pürg, Sven Mikser, Liina Tõnisson, Harri Õunapuu and Küllo Arjakas; to the interpellation concerning the public tender for ferry service between the islands of West Estonia, submitted on February 26 by Members of the Riigikogu Olev Laanjärv, Liina Tõnisson, Ain Seppik, Enn Eesmaa, Mailis Reps, Küllo Arjakas, Eldar Efendijev, Jaanus Marrandi and Evelyn Sepp; to the interpellation concerning the situation of apartment associations, submitted on March 17 by Member of the Riigikogu Vilja Savisaar.
