Extraordinary Session

The Riigikogu passed at the extraordinary session with 52 votes in favour unamended the Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act, which the President of the Republic refused to proclaim, and which regulates electronic voting. Pursuant to the Act, a voter may make amendments to his/her electronically given vote only in the course of pre-elections.
