The second reading of the State Legal Assistance Bill (249 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, was concluded. The motions to amend No. 26 ? 40, made to the Bill, were voted at the sitting. Prior to each voting, 10-minute breaks were made at the request of the Estonian Centre Party Faction.
