Legal Chancellor Allar Jõks replied to the interpellation concerning the conformity of the regulation, passed by the Tallinn City Council and establishing a limit on the amount of rent, with the Constitution and the Dwelling Act, submitted on December 5 by Member of the Riigikogu Toivo Jürgenson.
