The replies to three interpellations were heard in the Riigikogu.

Minister of Internal Affairs Ain Seppik replied to the interpellation concerning computer games promoting drug dealing, submitted on November 20, 2002, by Member of the Riigikogu Trivimi Velliste and Tõnis Lukas

Minister of the Environment Heiki Kranich replied to the interpellation concerning the problems related to the competitiveness of the Estonian fish market and fishing, submitted on November 20 by Members of the Riigikogu Kalev Kotkas and Vambo Kaal.

Legal Chancellor Allar Jõks replied to the interpellation concerning the conformity of the Estonian Central Register of Securities Act with the Constitution, submitted on November 21 by Members of the Riigikogu Jaanus Männik, Jaan Pöör and Janno Reiljan.

On the motion of the Social Affairs Committee the time period between the first and the second reading of the following Bills was extended until the end of the 4th working week of the 9th plenary session of the Riigikogu:

The Bill on Amendments to the Individual Labour Dispute Resolution Act (791 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Mihhail Stalnuhhin and Edgar Savisaar.
The Bill on Amendments to § 29 of the Holidays Act and § 13 of the Adult Education Act (1089 SE), initiated by the Mõõdukad Faction.
The Bill on Amendments to §§ 6 and 23 of the Working and Rest Time Act (1090 SE), initiated by the Mõõdukad Faction.
The Bill on Amendments to § 6 of the Collective Agreements Act (1092 SE), initiated by the Mõõdukad Faction.
