On the motion of the Constitutional Committee as leading committee the first reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On Amendments to the Resolution of the Riigikogu on the Formation of the European Affairs Committee (218 OE), submitted by the Estonian Reform Party Faction, was concluded. Motions to amend are to be submitted to the leading committee by 3 February, 18.00.

On the motion of the Finance Committee as leading committee the first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act (174 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Jaanus Marrandi, Liina Tõnisson and Harri Õunapuu, was concluded. Motions to amend are to be submitted to the leading committee by 30 January, 12.00.
