The Riigikogu rejected the following Bills from the legislative proceeding:

On the motion of the Economic Affairs Committee with 54 votes in favour (26 votes against) the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On Making a Proposal to the Government of the Republic to Make Amendments to the Railways Act (522 OE), submitted by the Estonian Centre Party Faction.

On the motion of the Social Affairs Committee with 45 votes in favour (19 votes against) the Bill on Amendments to the Employees Representative Act, Employment Contracts Act and to the Public Service Act (509 SE), initiated by the Social Democratic Party Faction.

On the motion of the Social Affairs Committee with 44 votes in favour (11 votes against) the Bill on Amendments to the Working and Rest Time Act (535 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Peeter Kreitzberg and Eiki Nestor.
