The Riigikogu approved the agenda for the working week, according to which 18 drafts will be deliberated.
 

On Tuesday, six drafts will be at the first reading: the Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for Reducing the Voting Age for Local Government Council Elections (703 SE), initiated by 41 members of the Riigikogu; the Bill on Amendments to the Social Welfare Act, the Labour Market Services and Benefits Act and Other Acts (693 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Chancellor of Justice Act (663 SE); the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Amendment of the Resolution of the Riigikogu “Formation of the State Budget Control Select Committee”” (702 OE); the Bill on Amendments to the Riigikogu Election Act and Other Acts (666 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Bank of Estonia (Eesti Pank) Act (684 SE). 

On Wednesday, two Bills will be at the third reading: the Bill on Amendments to the Health Care Services Organisation Act and the Traffic Act (667 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Health Insurance Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (679 SE). Three drafts will be at the second reading: the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Amendments to the Resolution of the Riigikogu “Extension of the Time Limit of the Use of the Defence Forces in the Performance of the International Duties of the Estonian State in the Post-Conflict Peacekeeping Mission in Lebanon, Israel, Egypt and Syria”” (690 OE); the Bill on Amendments the Food Act (642 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Universities Act and the Veterinary Activities Organisation Act (627 SE). Five Bills will be at the first reading: the Bill on Amendments to the Family Law Act (657 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Copyright Act (697 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Identity Documents Act and the State Fees Act (699 SE); Bill on Amendments to the State Borders Act, the Customs Act and the Police and Border Guard Act (701 SE); Bill on Amendments to the Local Government Organisation Act (700 SE). 

On Thursday, two drafts will be at the first reading: the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Removal of a Member of the Riigikogu and Appointment of a New Member of the Riigikogu to the Supervisory Board of the National Opera” (716 OE); the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu “Making a Proposal to the Government of the Republic” (664 OE). 

During the open microphone, Maimu Berg, Mihhail Stalnuhhin, Marika Tuus-Laul, Heimar Lenk, Inara Luigas, Kalev Kallo, Tarmo Tamm and Valeri Korb took the floor.
