The Bill on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Education Act and the Republic of Estonia Education Act and Education Allowances and Educational Loans Act Amendment Act and the Education Allowances and Educational Loans Act (267 SE), initiated by the Estonian Reform Party Faction, Estonian People’s Union Faction and Union for the Republic ? Res Publica Faction.
The Bill on Amendments to the Fisheries Market Organisation Act (325 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic.

The first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Gambling Tax Act (269 SE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Jaak Allik, Kaarel Pürg, Indrek Raudne, Katrin Saks, Helir-Valdor Seeder and Andres Taimla. The term for submission of motions to amend to the Finance Committee is 19 April, 18.00.
The first reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Formation of the Riigikogu Committee of Investigation to Investigate the Embezzlement of the State Grain Reserve (314 OE), submitted by the Isamaaliit Faction. The term for submission of motions to amend to the Constitutional Committee is 29 April, 18.00.
The Riigikogu withdrew from legislative proceeding
On the motion of the Finance Committee the Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (244 SE), initiated by the Social Democratic Party Faction. 44 members of the Riigikogu were in favour of the motion, 14 against it.
On the motion of the Finance Committee the Bill on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (261 SE), initiated by the Social Democratic Party Faction. 40 members of the Riigikogu were in favour of the motion, 18 against it.
