The President of the Riigikogu Eiki Nestor convened an extraordinary session of the Riigikogu in the Session Hall of the Toompea Castle on 29 August 2016 at 1 p.m. at the proposal of the President of the Republic, pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia, the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure and Internal Rules Act, and the President of the Republic Election Act.
