Members of the Riigikogu formed the Estonia-Greece Parliamentary Group. Deniss Boroditsh was elected the Chairman of the group, and Mihhail Stalnuhhin the Deputy Chairman.
Chairman of the Estonia-Greece Parliamentary Group Deniss Boroditsh said that, at the moment, Greece is implementing some very important reforms, especially in regard to taxes. “Estonia has also experienced economically hard times, and we have developed an effective model for overcoming them. Through parliamentary groups, Greece can learn from our experience,” he said.
The members of the Estonia-Greece Parliamentary Group are: Deniss Boroditsh (Chairman), Mihhail Stalnuhhin (Deputy Chairman), Toomas Kivimägi, Mihhail Korb and Kalle Laanet.
Through the parliamentary groups, the members of the Riigikogu can communicate with other national parliaments, carry out Estonia’s foreign policy, and promote our country around the world.
At the moment, the 13th Riigikogu has 53 parliamentary groups and 64 associations.
