I want to shape an economic environment where anyone can build a successful business, find work that suits their abilities, or get an education. It is important that Estonia's strong sides – sound public finances, rapidly developing ICT-sector, high level of education – do not disappear but continue to be used extensively in the future. When making decisions with a long-term progress in mind, we must not forget that the Estonian population is set to decline and age over the next decades.
