Flag raising ceremony on the 108th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia

President of the Riigikogu Lauri Hussar delivers a speech at the flag raising ceremony. Archbishop of the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church Urmas Viilma says a blessing. The Estonian Declaration of Independence, passed in 1918, is read out. Music is performed by choirs of the Estonian Male Choir Association and Tallinn Police Orchestra.
