Accreditation
On Monday, 3 February, the Speakers of the parliaments of the Baltic States, Finland and Poland will meet in Tartu to discuss the steps necessary to support Ukraine and fight against the hybrid threats originating from Russia. The Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine will participate in the meeting via video bridge.
Journalists, photographers and camera operators wishing to cover the events are asked to apply for accreditation by 12 noon on Thursday. Please present your identity document on arrival.
Programme on Monday, 3 February
8:30 – working meeting of the Speakers at the University of Tartu. Photographers and camera operators wishing to record the beginning of the meeting are kindly asked to be at the main building of the University of Tartu (Ülikooli 18) by 8:10 a.m. at the latest.
10:20 – press statements of the Speakers in the assembly hall of the University of Tartu. Journalists are asked to arrive by 10:00 a.m.
11:00 – discussion of the Speakers “How to Achieve a Just and Lasting Peace in Ukraine and Europe” in the assembly hall of the University of Tartu. Journalists are asked to arrive by 10:40 a.m.
