On the affairs pertaining to common foreign and security policy of the European Union, the Foreign Affairs Committee and the European Union Affairs Committee of the Riigikogu, in cooperation with the other standing committees, shall form a position on the draft legislation of the EU; provide their opinion on other affairs of the European Union; as well as supervise the activities of the Government of the Republic in implementing the policies of the European Union.
