Besides traditional tours of Toompea castle, the visitors can now try their hand at the Riigikogu virtual plenary hall, the e-chamber, which offers an interactive opportunity for getting acquainted with the work of the Riigikogu.

A member of the virtual parliament can participate in the simulation sitting of the Riigikogu. The participants follow the same rules as members of the Riigikogu in the plenary hall (approval of the agenda, making motions, posing questions, voting, taking the floor). It is also possible to make a virtual tour of Toompea castle and peep into the rooms which visitors usually won’t see.
In the e-chamber you can also see the permanent exhibition of the Riigikogu history.

The e-chamber can accommodate a maximum of 20 people, therefore your group should not consist of more than 20 persons. In order to fully enjoy your debate in the e-chamber we’d recommend you first to find a draft Act of interest to you and prepare for the debate beforehand.
