The Estonian Centre Party Faction operates on the basis of the mandate received from the people. The Centre Party Faction has been represented in all five Riigikogus after Estonia regained its independence. The present Faction is with 21 members. The positions of the Faction have remained consistent throughout the era of renewed independence.
